Spent the better part of an hour today trying on various boots and shoes, and although I didn’t purchase a pair, I have to thank William for his superb service, patience and diligence in helping with my search. Have shopped at this store for years, and it’s nice to see it’s still the gold standard in the neighborhood. Great selection of quality footwear and insoles, friendly, knowledgeable folks, I’ll be back soon! Cheers!
