Kimmie in appliance is wonderful! She was super helpful today checking the inventory for multiple stoves while my mother in Law and I tried to decide what we wanted. She was patient and friendly the whole time!She was also very helpful when we had to come back to adjust our order. 🙂

Very poor customer service. Long line, no movement. Customer st cash-out had items that employee could not find with her hand held gadget. One man was there on a phone apparently calling for help. Not sure why he could help but he was utterly useless. Left and shopped at Home DepotMuch better service
