I like the idea of the store and everyone has always been very nice and helpful BUTTTTT I’m a new mom and I don’t have time to go through piles and piles of junk and try and figure out what product goes to what sign. I went in three time this month and the store has been a disaster, product is everywhere you can’t just go to a section and grab what you need because the mess is so bad, I couldn’t even walk my stroller around last weekend when I went in, that’s a big problem when the baby is asleep and I need to purchase items. I think they need to hire more people and keep it clean how it used to be and smelling nice it smelt like pee and poo last time it’s giving me babies r us vibes gross gross gross

Huge store and everything you can think of for your baby you’ll find here. You can register for a baby shower and the attendants are always super friendly and helpful when needed.

The workers are professional and helpful if you’re lucky to find one who is not busy (pretty sure that’s true everywhere right now). My dissatisfaction is more with their return policy. If you can purchase your item via Amazon or Walmart I highly highly reccomend doing so as if your baby hates an extremely expensive swing you are stuck with it. I purchased a new swing less than 30 days ago and my baby screams in it, he’s clearly uncomfortable in it and their policy is only to accept new and unused items which means if there are things that just don’t work out you have zero options.
