I went there after looking on line , of the 4th closest to my house, No where did it say by appt. only. I drove across town with my grandson in tow. The place was Empty. No one there but the tech. , , sitting , reading. She asked me if I had a appointment, I said no. She said she can’t do it if I don’t have an appointment. There was no one else there. I said there’s no one else here, she said she couldn’t do it without an appointment. It said no where on your site, by appointment only.
