I went to Fix Auto for a repair to the tailgate of my new truck, as they were the authorized repair facility for my insurance company. I gave them my insurance company’s estimate for repairs and they scheduled work for the following Monday. After dropping my vehicle off for repairs, I was told that they would have it for the week, due to parts orders. I was kept informed of the vehicle repairs via text messages and phone calls. My vehicle was ready one day earlier that quoted. Upon pickup, the repairs were back to the factory specs and looks. I am reassured of the repairs due to Fix Auto’s lifetime warranty as well as my insurance company’s lifetime warranty. I paid the amount on my insurance letter of repair and no more. The whole process was seamless and the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to bring another vehicle in for repairs when needed.
