Went and got a stereo put in and had a nice experience. Helpful in making me feel comfortable about my choice. The workers were so welcoming and they had given me a free auxiliary cord as well as explained the after service. Looking gory to taking my other vehicle.

Drive an extra 35 minutes & go to Victorville. I went in to get some subs installed. Paid a total of 870. I got told be back in 4 hours. I went back in 5 & they weren’t even close to being done. I had to wait an additional 2 hours. When the installation was complete I took off & the subs were hitting while the volume knob being all the way down. I went back so they can correct their wrongs. Employee said he didn’t secure the amp. Putting some screws in saying it was secure & I was good to go. I took off once again. The subs were still doing the same thing I go back & the worker hopped in riding in my passenger seat realizing the installation was not done properly. I said I wouldn’t want to wait much longer so he can take back the amp & subs I had paid for & to just leave the wiring so he wouldn’t take longer. Employee saying the wires alone are $240. Which anyone in their right mind knows that’s a absolute lie. I told him I wouldn’t take anything lower than $750. At this point already losing $120 because apparently I still have to pay for a labor that was not done right the first time. Him stating that’s not how it works. Since I paid in debit card the funds already got deducted from my account & I was not able to get my cash back. Him requesting the refund I hope it hits my account back soon. Avoid this place spend an extra $15 in gas to go to elsewhere.
