The worst experience at t mobile ever… there was no customers inside the store and at least 5 or 6 employees. I simply wanted to make a payment, for some reason me and my family stand there and no one can take our payment… one guy says he has to look for the payment machine that they connect to a tablet. But never returns and all the other staff is just standing around useless. I waited and waited and eventually just left mad. This store and its employees suck!

Went in today and was helped by Luis. Great customer service skills, helped my mother and I out with everything we needed, and went above expectations.
