I have never been to the store. This rating is for buying 4 products online through their gift registry as a friend is getting married. After spending more than an hour online not being able to place my order, I called their customer service. Chris seemed nice enough and get he just works there, BUT after 45 minutes on the phone with him we were still not able to place my order. When I review the order and hit submit, it reverts back to billing and have to re-enter everything AGAIN! Same thing happened with Chris in customer service, so it’s not me but trust me as I’m a savoy online shopper. Although Chris found my friends registry, he couldn’t even see what she had listed in it. I will now go to one of my friends other stores that she has listed on her full registry and buy something else. HORRIBLE online experience!!!!!
