Regrettably, I decided to rent a mailbox from this place last November.

they’re only there when you need to drop packages already prelabeled and leave. they’re useless when you need help or ask questions. they claim not to know anything besides the same thing you can check by yourself online. the replies I have seen the owner leaving here are an example of how the staff works and is probably trained: condescending and mensplaining to avoid telling the actual information you need or take any responsibility for their mediocre service.

Parking is kind of scarce, so take a chance using Chipotles lot right next door. Make sure to purchase a drink or small bite to eat to allow yourself enough time to prevent your car from being towed.The UPS store employee was really nice, professional and made the process super easy, less than 5 minutes.
