Excellent Store! I had purchased a new device here and unfortunately it developed manufacturer related issues. Do to fact that I live far away from this particular store, I attempted to exchange this phone for the exact same model phone and was getting told No! That I could not return the phone to a different store location (despite the 14 day return window) without a restocking fee, even though the phone was defective. I called this store where I had originally purchased my device and spoke to the manager named Paloma, she not only informed me of T mobiles policies and procedures, she also reached out to the other store and demanded customer satisfaction! Obviously they personally didn’t make my phone defective, but the had the tools, resources and expertise to handle my particular issue with the upmost professionalism. Thank You!
