I got to to say, it is a great shop and very knowledgeable staff. I was 25 minutes to closing when I went into their store and they still help me like they were open for business and other 3 hours. They took their time to explain what needed to be done with my bike and what it may cost. So if you are looking for people that won’t blow smoke up the rear end the hub is the best place to go to get knowledge about a bike and service work on your bike.

I have been a customer at The Hub for two years. The first time I walked in I was looking to buy the first bike of my adult life. To say I was a novice and completely clueless was an understatement. Sarah was the first person to walk up and introduce herself and offer her expertise on finding the right bike for me. She was (and is still ), amazing! Her customer service never made me feel incompetent and she was very informative and helpful. She led me straight to the perfect bike for me at the time, and made sure I had everything I needed to start enjoying mountain biking!Since that day, my Fiancé and I have been back many many times (sometimes just to say hi to our friends after tacos across the parking lot ). The service department is excellent as well. The mechanics are all very experienced and knowledgeable. We have had our bikes serviced and one practically re-built, and have been satisfied with all the work done.If you’re in the market for a new bike or just want to give your old one a face-lift, I highly recommend The Hub!!!

I’ve only browsed through a dozen bike shops in my life, but of all them, I believe I’ve learned the most from this one. I appreciated the time they spent with me. Erick was great and one of the shop owners was pretty awesome as well.
