I won a reservation for shoes. The rules do not say you have to pay by 2:59….I seriously got there by 3pm, waited enough seconds for the time to turn 3:01 before I was asked to be helped so they felt authorized to sell my won pair to someone else. It is the worst experience I have ever received from footaction. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I’m not new to the shoe game. No matter how you slice it, these raffles will always be the same……dirty at any chance they get. I drove from Fresno and have a job or else I would’ve got there earlier. I guess I should ask one of my family members to get a job there so I can secure my pair also. Truly disappointed & will NEVER enter a Footaction raffle again unless I know I can be there at 10:01am. Thanks for nothing and allowing the girl to buy the shoes right in front of me, helping her as I was already being helped and then allowing her to talk to me about rules. This should never be an issue.
