Note that this is a Brand store (all other Bay Area stores are Icon or Outlet stores) so this store will have a wider selection of items in-stock. Stop here if you need your gear right away!Exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff with a wide assortment of snow gear in the winter and hiking/running/climbing gear every other season. They also carry shoes, packs, backpacks, hats, gloves, & more. Such a beautiful store with incredible staff.I appreciate that this store & staff here always follows mask & covid rules, including limiting capacity of folks in store. If you’re going during peak hours, expect there to be a wait to get inside (since Santa Clara has the strictest capacity limits). Thank you Arc’teryx for caring about your customers & staff by following safety rules, despite some customers being annoyed by this. If you’re one of those folks, consider ordering online or coming back during off hours for a better in-person experience. Please *don’t take it out on the staff* because you didn’t plan ahead – they’re just following the rules to keep everyone safe!Thanks Arc’teryx!
