This was a great experience! Not only am I thrilled about my new pink carry-on bag but Gabby at Away was extraordinary in helping me choose the right sized bag. She greeted us right away and was absolutely lovely in showing us the ins and outs of the Away bags. She went into detail about the discounts available and the lifetime warranty as well as taking us through all the bells and whistles of their luggage.
