The clothes are awesome. I wash them when I get home but love them because my baby is growing so fast why buy expensive clothes. But I haven’t had good luck with shoes the first pair where 2 lefts and the second pair where coming apart at the seams even though I paid more for them.

I have ordered from them a couple times and they have some cute items. I shop online, so I entirely rely upon their item descriptions. Items have arrived stained which wasn’t noted in the description or shown in photos. I also paid for a dress which was listed as Boden only for it to arrive and be a stained knockoff. It didn’t say Boden anywhere on the item and the care tag was not authentic. I contacted the owner on a January 4 for item not as described. I have received no communication about it weeks later. The knockoff comes from AliExpress and can be purchased cheaper than I purchased it from this store, yet I was sold a fake without any disclosure or willingness to own the mistake and fix it. Instead I’ve been ignored. I wasn’t at the store to inspect the item myself, it is on them to verify the authenticity of their items. Nowhere on the item did it say Boden, Mini Boden, etc. it was listed as Boden because the people who manufactured the item stole the design to produce their knockoff. Super unhappy about how this has been handled.
