I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a pharmacy. Who does that? Who NEEDS to do that? It’s a pharmacy for crying out loud.The two “pharmacists” could not have been less helpful. I put it in paranthesis because they are the saddest excuse for one I’ve ever encountered. They didn’t have my prescription that the doctor had just called in. Instead of calling another cvs (or anyother pharmacy) they wanted me to do it without having any of the information do so. I explained this to them and then said tough luck and refused to help in anyother way.I went to the vons pharmacy down the street, they called the cvs and had my prescription sent over and filled within 10 minutes. THAT, is customer service. CVS, you have a lot to learn and I would start by replacing your pharmacist.This is not the first time this pharmacist has been extremely rude. He’s clearly not a people person and should have no business interacting with customers. He’s standoffish, unhelpful, and seems to hate his job.Needless to say I will never be back here. Hopefully that’s a good thing and means I’m not sick, but if I am (or god forbid you get sick) GO TO VONS PHARMACY.

This is the best pharmacy I have been to. The employees are so kind and upbeat. The medications are on time and the phone calls to alert me is a great advantage. I would not go anywhere else!
