Bob’s Furniture is definitely the way to go! Michael was such a great help to my mom and I and I was impressed with how patient and detailed he was with providing information as well as answering questions. And what a great personality which helped to have things flow with ease during the entire process. All the employees at Bob’s furniture were very friendly and helpful just a great vibe overall when shopping for furniture

Worst experience. I ordered my sons bedroom set back in October of 2020 and it arrived broke in January 2021. I was told after they inspected it to come into the store for a replacement. I went into the store found a replacement and received a $60 refund. I was told it would be delivered in April 2021. A few days ago I decided to call and see what’s going to with the bedroom set because my son is only sleeping on a mattress. I received a delivery date for 05/27/2021. Today 05/26/2021 while at work my wife received multiple calls from Bobs stating we owe a balance of over $300. My wife drove to the location and spoke to a Manager by the name of Eric who said that there was an “accounting error” on there end. A day before delivery we was told that when they had a few months to let us know this. We ordered a bedroom set since last year October 2020 and they are not will to accommodate us even though it’s not our fault. I have never dealt with any other company like this at all. It’s disappointing because I spent a lot of money with Bobs Furniture.
