I went in to look for products for my grandparents this past week and a worker named catlin was very empathetic and helpful. As well as very knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be coming back . I will def recommend this store to people.

I too was disappointed seeing all the good reviews when we had such a bad experience. If there was a minus star I would have used it. We went in looking for a lift chair. The one that needed it was with us. The girl that helped us was barely any help at all. She seemed very uninterested & didn’t seemed she cared if she made a sale or not. We picked a very nice but expensive chair & were prepared to have it delivered about 4 miles. We were told it would cost $75 for a delivery. We mildly objected to paying that much for 4 miles. Delivery would be 5 to 7 days. We asked if it could be delivered the next day because the patient was in need immediately…we were told it would be another extra charge for next day delivery. I voiced my concern at another extra fee. I was told (not politely) that the owner lives in the Bay Area & it is a long drive to get here to deliver the next day. It is his store & he doesn’t have others to deliver & he is so far away & besides they just had a new baby. I admit I reacted in a not very polite way by saying I didn’t give a rip if he had a new baby & that shouldn’t be a good enough reason not to deliver a much needed piece of medical equipment. Needless to say this store lost a sale that amounted to over $1800. We went elsewhere & recommend others do the same. This young lady should not be working in a store with her lack of good customer service.
