I totally recommend Discount Tire on the corner of Broadway and Washington in Escondido. I bought tires there that were affordable and they rotated them for free. Later when I has a screw in my tire, they fixed it for free. Happy employees, professional and courteous, very well run and efficient. I keep sending folks their way and they are happy too!

I usually get my tires at Evan’s. Saturday afternoon at 4:15, I got a nail in my tire. I got to Evan’s at 4:30 and was turned away because they closed at 5pm and was told there were 5 people in front of me. They didn’t even look at my tire.Called Discount, was told if I made it by 5 they would see me. Got there 2 minutes later, guy comes out and looks at my tire. Nail was short and hadn’t punctured my tire! Hallelujah!!After all the money I’ve spent over the years at Evan’s, I must say I was pretty disappointed at their customer service and very impressed with the gentlemen at Discount. Even though they obviously would have had to stay over time, they were willing to help out.Sometimes paying a little more for better care is worth it. Something for me to keep in mind next time I have to buy new tires.
