I can honestly say they had more thing’s I liked than not which I didn’t expect. The selection isn’t huge but they have some good stuff to choose from. Sorry to see that location is closing soon and at some point will no longer be there. Service was good but parking can be kinda tight in that lot from time to time. Overall a good little store

Was searching for a new sofa for months until I finally came across DFW. Great customer service from the salesmen to the delivery guys! They have a decent-sized sales floor – clean and uncluttered unlike many smaller furniture stores. The salesmen were personable and were able to answer all our questions. We roamed the store freely without anyone hovering, pushing us to buy something. It was awesome! Then we found THEE ONE!Let me just say we LOVE our new sofa/sectional! We ordered a customized sectional with oversized chaise and an oversized ottoman- basically a bed for our living room that can fit the whole family, haha! Very reasonably priced. Love that the pillow/cushion covers can be removed and washed and if any go flat we can get them re-stuffed for cheap or replaced easily! What a way to save money instead of having to buy a brand new couch later on! Picked out the colors and pillow style we wanted, filled out a form, and we were outta’ there! Our sofa was delivered to our door in about 6 weeks! Would definitely go to them again! Great experience from beginning to end!

We had a great experience at DFW in Concord. Showroom isn’t huge but well appointed and quite frankly found it more enjoyable to shop in. Robert greeted us when we came in and let us have our space to look around. Really appreciated that! When we were ready he answered all our questions, made some great suggestions, and in the end we walked out happy customers. Ended up coming back the next week and adding another piece to our order which Robert was great at combining orders so we only had one delivery and charge. The delivery went smooth too. Everything was set up for us and any packaging removed and taken with the installers.
