Thank you for taking care of your customers, Midland! Kelly, your positive and prompt response regarding my minor dilemma for store credit outside of the 14 day return policy has made me a lifer. I love your shop and am also in the retail industry, which is probably why I’m the most sensitive to customer care. I try to handle everything on a case by case basis, assess the situation, find a solution, and give benefit of the doubt when possible, but sometimes it’s not that easy!! Thank you again -I truly appreciate it.

My first time going here, since I rarely am in this part of Culver and it was very nice. My friend and I have gotten a couple of things here. I have gotten some sage for myself and she had gotten the incense. Very pretty, nice. And the owner was soo nice. Will definitely come back here again.
