They are terrible. My graduating senior was scheduled for photos. As soon as we received the info, we went to schedule and they were fully booked. So we only used them for the school photo, which was a blessing. As it was botched. They were supposed to do a drape, and never communicated over that it had been canceled. She she had to take the photo in what she was wearing – unprepared. They required a $20 fee just to take the photo. We spent all of 3 minutes of them taking mediocre photos. The touchup was them discoloring her face and not addressing anything that would’ve been of use.Then when you go to order the package, you can only purchase $200-$400 packages, versus the regular school package. You can pay a more reasonable price for a single size.I tried to acces them through the online chat twice and was disconnected by their technician. I’m not on hold to try and speak to someone on the phone.Definitely would not recommend you to spend your time or money going this route if you have other options.

The location is a bit fat from me however the session was really quick! We got in and out in less than 25 minutes! The staff was really nice! They were very professional and respectful. I’m very pleased at the level and quality of the pictures that we got to preview before we left! I would definitely go back!
