Of all the AT&T stores that I have gone to the people here were the nicest! I usually just show up to pay my bill at the automated kiosk and, ask for help if I have any problems. They have done a very good job with their displays and selection of new products. Even the security was nice and helpful! They are located on the corner of the Great City of West Hollywood and beverly hills. The City of West Hollywood sign is clearly on the corner of the block so this store deserves to be considered part of West Hollywood! There is also free parking available on location. I liked their attitude of customer service being very important because if a customer is coming in, they probably have a problem that needs resolving and they need to be ready to handle it. WOW!

I went here last week to get help applying my nurse discount to my account. I had to make multiple changes with my account and added a tablet too. Although it took over 2 hours Darius was so patient during the entire process. He has excellent customer service, very friendly, and has great communication. He explained the entire process to me and updated me along the way. The store had a movie playing in the background so I got to watch it while Darius worked on my account. Emily, the store manager, checked in on me too and helped me with my tablet purchase. Even after I left the store I had a question so I emailed Darius and he responded right away. I have been to other store locations before but by far, this store has the best customer service. It was also very clean and had the appropriate covid precautions. Everyone was socially distanced and wore masks. Thanks again Darius for all your help!

Marina , wow, she was beyond helpful, i got there with all kinds of questions, but she knew all the answers, she saved me a bunch of money by offering better ways to stream line our plan. Marina is very knowledgeable on all the existing plans etc, and all the devices and how to get them to communicate with each other. High recommend 1
