These people are so nice. My Dell computer went crazy and it was beyond my skills to repair. They didn’t laugh at me they just dug in and took care of my problems in a jiffy and with a smile. They are very reasonable and I am totally happy in every way!! Great Staff and service!

I’m not really sure what this store is, but my wife and I were looking for a T-Mobile dealer to switch carriers. We walked in assuming we could accomplish this here due to the huge T-Mobile banner. Unfortunately they are only able to connect a phone you already own. The reason for the 1 star is mostly because this store doesn’t seem to have found it’s identity and it smelled like a dog kennel.

The business has an atmosphere that reflects the eighties. Sorry but, I dont feel as though they add re hungry enough to thrive. They peddle tmobile cell service but do not honor any of the offers advertised under T mobile. They advise you to travel an hour or so away to benefit from offers by t moble
I bought a phone there and it was defective so I took it back the next day they did not have a similar phone so I asked for a refund they charged me a $12 restocking fee for a phone that they planned on restocking though it was defective and they made money and did nothing they basically ripped me off and there is something very off about the whole atmosphere there.its very weird.the lady don’t know anything or do anything by what I can tell. There are far better and helpful companies then this one. If they think they can get over on you they will and all the phones are outdated
