Not going to lie Sonoma County is the land of Bay Area prices and home to remedial jobs. Apple One was good at helping me get a few one or two day gig jobs here and there. Everything that came over on the full time side I would never be able to make a living in Sonoma County. As to why I looked around after almost 30 years old being a lifetime resident and realized my life was never going to better. So I left. They did their job, they can’t help that area and the jobs suck.

I was laid off from my job in March, this happened right at the start of when things began shutting down because of COVID-19…weeks turned to months and I still couldn’t find a find a job. Then about two weeks ago things took an unexpected turn. AppleOne representative Diane Samia reached out to me and remarkably within a few hours she managed to get me an job interview. Great office job-related staffing agency. They are very good at communicating and setting the expectations of job placement. They take the time to make sure your work background and skills are matched with the available jobs they have. Very quick follow up via email, phone or text. They also provide plenty of helpful tools for skill assessment and interview guides. They helped place me in a job within 2 weeks after spending a considerable amount of time job hunting on my own. The jobs they have available are at competitive wages and locations throughout the Bay Area. They also offer job perks such as commuter benefits, medical and even 401k. Highly recommended.
