They messed up my order for a large rectangle cookies and creamery cake. They first called saying that their freezer was broken and would replace with 2 smaller cakes. I agreed even though it wasn’t the same. But then when I showed up to pick up my cakes, they didn’t have anything. Apparently they gave away my reserved cakes to another person. They didn’t even have any cakes with the same flavor I specifically chose, so I had to get different flavors. I am extremely disappointed with their service!!
