I went into this store to do an eligible upgrade and trade in offer that I received through email. After going through the processes and never receiving the 600$ credit for the phone, I learned the associate never put in the promotion. This store couldn’t fix the problem, nor reimburse the money they owe me even after being a loyal customer for years, so they sent me to deal with it through corporate. It’s been a year and a half and the corporate office never returns my calls nor do they ever fix my problem. They transfer me all over and I have to re explain the problem over and over again. I have waisted HOURS on the phone and I still have no resolution. Go to Verizon, AT&T only wants your money and will screw you over. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
