The sale Person named Eddie what’s the worst customer service representative for T-Mobile Very unprofessional and no customer service skills whatsoever it’s very disappointing. I cannot understand how he’s a manager for the second story of T-Mobile in the shopping mall a montclair Plaza. He miss treat customers and turn them away and doesn’t do his job. And he’s really not selling phones are helping customers just standing there . Being very rude to T-Mobile customers and turning them away.

Good service , look for Troy, he is great in customer service I have been to multiple T-mobile locations in the area and this location has been the best ,. Troy was able to help me with multiple phone upgrades on my family plan. Everyone was super friendly at the store. Art was knowledgeable about the phones T-mobile carried at the store.

I went to the T-Mobile store located in the Montclair plaza near the food court 2 floor and when I got there supposedly the manager Eddie had an attitude already talking to me very disrespectful he has no customer service skills whatsoever very unprofessional and very rude like he doesn’t have any education on how to treat anyone , why is he still working at the store. He does not know on how to treat customers at all.the worst experience. I ever had in my lifetime
