Claire Hwang is the most unprofessional healthcare staff I’ve ever seen! Rude, insensitive, doesn’t have manners, aggressive, has no communication skills whatsoever with a patient. I asked her about a consultation and she treated me with arrogance and aggressiveness! She recommended surgery to me! I saw the condition online with either medicine or surgery. If you don’t know about the medicine, you should not recommend a surgery! You only have to ask your colleagues which she did in a very aggressive and rude manner, loudly in front of other patients. Don’t you know anything about patient privacy? She was not knowledgeable and continued to treat me with arrogance! It’s like I’m inferior to her! I’ll never go back to CVS because of her!

Always a long wait for medications and the service is poor. It’s in a location close to my house otherwise I would choose another location in a heartbeat.For instance, they told me to come in for my prescription pick up this morning. Only to find out that it wasn’t even ready & that I’d have to wait another 1/2 hour. Worst though was how they handled the mishap, trying to make weak explanations without any apologies.Competence levels not high here
