Going to try not to rant on to long…..I’m a first responder and I work for a private ambulance company. This means we do not have a station to report back to!!!! We sit waiting for calls all around the city. As much as I appreciate the “thank you for what you do” or “hero’s work here signs” can we get some human decency? We do not have a bathroom in arms reach and sometimes have to hold it for hours. How many businesses are going to turn us away from the restroom? I get covid is scary, I get people need to take precautions! Holly hell we are our here serving the community and I just need to pee!!!

Don’t got here for a Covid Test if you are flying. We asked them about whether it will be ready in time, they said no problem.When we opened the lab website after the test, the actual lab (Aegis) said the specimen shipments (FedEx) are delayed without ETA due to the winter storms. We found out the issue existed even one week before we took the test.We had to take a second test somewhere else to catch our flight (we drove into the Bay Area for that). When we called Walgreens they had no clue about the delays. Bad communication in the supply chain.

I got my COVID test through the drive-thru. I made an appointment. Though I waited a bit in line in my car, it wasn’t too bad. Clear, simple, and kind. It’s not too close to my home, so I don’t know that I’d come back often, but I recommend them.
