While the branch was helpful I do NOT recommend adding lines! After being a customer for 22 years AT&T would NOT allow me to drop the lines or leave their service! It took MONTHS of paying for the unwanted plans and multiple visits by everyone and MANY HOURS of phone calls before they allowed me to dissolve the plan. Their final screw you was an additional FULL month of fees for ONE last DAY because they refused to release the phone number!! I will NEVER go back!

Terrible experience when trying to change phone company. AT&T made it IMPOSSIBLE! Spend HOURS of frustrating calls week after week, multiple in person visits to this store that resulted in NO results. The manager promised to call after my last visit, I called him and left 3 messages, no return. They literally held the phone numbers/lines hostage for months costing me hundreds of unnecessary dollars and loss of time. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
