Great service and assistance from Ana. She was patient and helped me explain to my parents different phones over FaceTime (I did not bring them in due to pandemic), and she did not push them towards one phone to benefit her. At the end, I felt it was best to get everyone on an iPhone to continue with being able to FaceTime. She helped me transfer all my stuff and I will be going in this weekend to pick Apple watches with my wife. I’m trying out the T-Mobile tv service and so far, so good. Frances also helped Ana out to transfer all out information and put our cases and glass on all the phones. They look like they have fun as they work so I feel we made the right switch. No more Verizon prices!!

Ana at the Calexico T-Mobile is a rock star with customer service. She is an expert in handling the telephone call with the T-Mobile Customer Service Supervisor regarding having the passcode or pin number reset and changed since her local computer system did not have that capability. Eventually the Supervisor was able to complete the task. Ana handled the task calmly and professionally with the Supervisor even though the Supervisor was giving her a hard time. Ask for Ana at the Calexico T-Mobile if you want excellent customer care.

Go somewhere else! My mom went to this store to get a new phone, the person that helped her took advantage of her because she doesn’t speak or read English. The person sold her accessories for her phone and told her she would pay only $10 and insisted it was a promotion they had going on. After checking our online portal I realized the sales rep had signed her up for an installment plan and that the accessories were actually going to cost her $100. Her plan was to pay the phone off right, but the sales rep signed her up for a lease instead. When I called the store the person by the name of Cesar said that my mom probably misunderstood what the rep was telling and put he blame on us. It is so disrespectful to take advantage of people who don’t speak English when you are a Spanish speaker yourself. It is obvious that sales rep at this store value their commission more than integrity and honesty. This is our third incident at this store and we are honestly considering changing to another carrier for the lack of integrity at this store.
