I’m only giving one star because you can’t give zero.The first time I went here I told the salesperson what I needed the paint for and they proceeded to mix the most expensive paint they had. While I was waiting I noticed there were other, far less expensive paints that would have worked just fine. I think this is dishonest but I thought ok, don’t rely on the salespeople.Many months later we went there because we were matching a previously purchased Benjamin Moore paint and decided rather than color match it, we’d play it safe and get it from them. It wasn’t until more than $100 in paint was mixed that they said they Can’t Match paint from other Certified Benjamin Moore paint stores. Even though we had the name, number and the formula on the actual BM can. We quickly discovered the paint was useless because it didn’t match at all and they would do nothing. When we asked them to just add the pigment to match the formula on the original can, they refused. They’re completely unhelpful and could care less if your paint matches.

No project is ever too small for these guys. In addition to helping contractors, painters, homeowners, etc. They are always up to help my little guy. My son’s school projects and cosplay creations sometimes involve paint. Fern and Art are always there to help us find the perfect paint to match exactly what he needs. This is his most recent project….a key blade sword from a video game called Kingdom Hearts. He made it in wood shop and the boys at SB Paint Depot helped him paint it, he was so happy with it, and had a blast showing it off at ComicCon! They truly make the time to help each of their customers no matter what size the project may be, and for that we are always grateful.

We are beyond satisfied with Benjamin Moore and Art. We are doing a complete renovation on our vacation home which included new smooth texture and paint throughout; walls, trim,baseboard, ceilings and doors. After much research we decided on the Aura line of paint. The paint is very rich in color. We selected a matte finish for our walls and it was absolutely beautiful. Unlike most other brands’ matte finishes which tend to look chalky. I have to give Art, the owner of the store, super cuddos. Not only did he help us select finishes for each of the areas, he also explained how the Aura paint should be applied in detail which we passed on to our painter. We’ve never been so excited about our painting projects before. Thanks to Art and his team we feel like we have created a masterpiece. Thank you Art, Ray and Carrie
