They almost killed my family. My grandmother and sister went for shocks and struts and she noticed that her van veered off to the right. She brought her vehicle back, and after whatever ‘repairs’ they performed they sent her on her way with the driver side tire barely hanging on, missing lug nuts and the rest were not even hand tight and they told her to drive it back as if it were safe! Then, they falsified documents stating that the tech did his job right the first time, this was my grandmothers fault, and that they were replacing missing lugs as a courtesy and they wanted her to sign it off! These people are criminals and should NOT BE TRUSTED by any means necessary.
