She has not only been very helpful but very informative. She took care of all the things that needs to be done. Her assistance toward our needs has been met with such unexpected aid. Not understand why 3 year old bill that I did not think i owed showed up in the mail. They tried to explain to me, but i do not agree with the assessment. Will not do business with this company ever again. overpriced supplies and tried to get me on recurring process originally and tried to bill me for things i was not told that they could bill me for. Asked for proof of why they were billing me and never received it. Just stated that i owed the monthly rental fee.
