I’m a black woman with a spanish last name as if we don’t exist. I told the dude who I’m picking up a prescription for. I gave my name and birthday. I asked if he needs to see my ID and insurance. He said no. He got the prescription. Then turned around and asked me my name. Huh? They wanted to to know MY name. Dude I just told you MY name. Unacceptable!!!!!!

Not very helpful or kind staff. I had asked the pharmacist for caffeine pills and she just waves me off and says it should be in the vitamin isle in which it wasn’t . You’d expect the staff to know the product and give more attention to people asking for help.
