I recently moved here (6 months ago) and I’ve lived in 4 different states in the last 5 years. This DMV is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. They need to reconsider their whole system. I waited in line OUTSIDE THE BUILDING for over 3 hours, then waited another 40 minutesinside. There was 18 window stations and only 2 were staffed and were calling people up… Not to mention the employees who work there are some of the laziest people I ever had to deal with. No one knew the answers to any of my questions, and others gave me information that contradicted the information on the website. It was as if I was an inconvenience to them… I understand we are dealing with COVID-19, but its been 8 months now. You would think they would come up with a better system by now. Not that leaving this review will help anyone, because you have to go here to get your license plates, registration, Drivers License, etc… But people need to know how terrible this place is. No one seemed to care. I’ll be leaving another more detailed review with the State DMV website.
