Went in today to trade in my phone for an upgrade. The people there were very helpful, they had the color and type of phone I wanted, and I got a case and screen protector too. They transferred my info from my old phone to the new one, and even put the new one it the case and put the screen protector on for me. Great service!

Tmobile usually has exceptional customer service. The customer service at this location is really poor. Representatives are not polite and gives TMobile a bad image.
