Huge store, very clean, amazing selection, fair pricing, cheaper than Michael’s for the few things I price compared today. I believe my cashier was a manager – polite and she was so kind to help me use all the coupons I could through the phone app, even one that was not showing up on my side. Such a better, bigger selection on almost everything compared to Michael’s and even other Joann’s. This is my new favorite store for all my and my husband’s artistic needs, so a special thank you!

I sometimes skip this JoAnns b/c it’s small but went today on my break and I was able to find stuff for a kid’s craft (why I went) and of course other things I don’t need like a cookie cutter shaped like a dog bone…. but the best thing was the staff. Kept their cool when another customer was being overly intense with a child and did a good job de-escalating things and so were so sweet to help me figure out the best coupon strategy. Very good experience!
