Seemed to be a reputable place of buisness… Looks were deceiving. I rented a van for 2 days to take my nephews out of town to Disneyland. The reason you rent a vehicle is for 3 reasons…1. Comfort2.Reliability3. SafetyNone of these criteria were met. Failed in all three aspects.1.Comfort… No radio or bluetooth to connect a device for hands free phone or radio. No antenna on the vehicle (which owner was aware of)2.Reliability…. van was overheating the whole way. I called to make it aware but no answer. So we decided to cancel our trip and returned to town which made point number 3.3. Safety…. Started down the grade and no brakes… I had the wobble of death everytime i applied the breaks coming down the grade from San Diego side. Needless to say, it was a risk to our health and safety. When i finally spoke to the owner the following day, he had the odacity to blame me, stating the breaks didnt work because i rode the breaks all the way down the mountain and heated them up. The radio he knew about but still made an excuse and the overheating was because according to him, i forced the van.At any rate, he kept making excuses as to why he was not going to reimburse me part of my money for not being able to use his van and charged me the full amount. Its been 3 days and i still do not have my deposite that he charged as well. So all in all, bad buisness tactics and ethics. I would NEVER do business with them EVER again and wouldnt suggest anyone do either.So no Disneyland, lost my deposite on the hotel reservations and got blamed for his 2018 dodge van that was a total flop. Bad buisness practices…. Shame on you Rent n’ Go!

I must say that my experience with this company was by far excellent! No other car rental place would allow me to rent a car for the weekend with my out of state license, being I just moved to the valley a few months ago except this company. I was treated with respect the deal on the car was phenomenal and the vehicle was awesome. Cheaper than anywhere else to be honest. They also protected my vehicle while it was on their premises so I had nothing to worry about while I was out of town for the weekend. With customer service and understanding like this company has, I will gladly spend my money to support their business. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!
