Bad customer service, hours are not listed anywhere online that correspond to when they’re actually open, and sandwiches are made with subpar effort. Subway Corp this franchise is hurting your reputation!

Only one person preparing sandwiches and he went on a break, while there were 5 people in line waiting, while we could watch him on his phone on a table inside. He standed by the toaster and just waited instead of starting on another sandwich, he wouldn’t even talk to the customers, very unfriendly. Also and most importantly, the cleanliness of the place was subpar, it was late and we were hungry on our way to the movies so we didn’t have a choice, but it felt like a Russian roulette, gambling that we don’t get sick.

Great go-to spot for lunch as I work closeby. They need help, especially during lunchtime. Though the lady and gentlemen there are nice and helpful. And sometines they run out of supplies. For example, I wanted to buy a salad a few times and they are out of the salad bowls to serve.
