The people here are super nice and don’t make you feel pressured or smothered while you’re there trying to get you to buy something. I ordered a couch that was on backorder and they kept me updated regularly during the wait, even offering to let me choose something else when the ETA was pushed back. Got signed up for the store card with the 0% promo apr and they made it all super easy. Will buy from them again in the future.

Understanding that a bussiness can charge what they want for products it should be known sometimes service in keeping a customer that spends thousands a year may/ might be valued. Not furniture design center. I will never shop there again. Went home and ordered from way-fair.com a lazy boy wall recliner for 200$ cheaper then furniture design center had just offered and delivered FREE. Very liberating. I recommend people look around on way fair or overstock etc… if you want to save monies.
