Really cool down to earth staff that’s seriously interested in customers all around well being, not just from an athletic stand point.

Went to exchange a top at the san francisco location this evening. I worked in retail for years and am cognizant of the challenge of dealing with customers day in and day out, add that to this less than ideal time and the fact that it was close to closing on Sunday of Labor Day Weekend- and I get it. Everyone is tired. That said… I had to seek someone out- not a big deal -my hi, i have an exchange to the sales associate folding was met with movement towards the register but zero verbal response. It should have been a very straightforward exchange (size exchange on same item – receipt present) but was treated in a most unfortunate way by the sales associate who could not locate the tag on the item (really, was right there!) I was returning and therefore assumed it was worn, smelled it (with mask on?) and then basically threw it across the counter at me with tude to spare. I had to find the tag on the item and there was no apology when I did so. Sorry, lame and left a reaaally bad taste in my mouth…

Love the quality of the clothing and other offerings. In this case, you get what you pay for is a positive!
