Came to get my dog groomed, normally go to another location closer to home but this location had the soonest available date. Made a big deal about vaccination certificate. I had showed vaccination record at other pet smarts. Never had any issues. Extremely disappointing, I wasnt even given any notice. The employee was also a bit rude.

Went to get a cardboard pet carrier. Just for a single time use. Very flimsy construction and thin cardboard. Barely lasted to my destination with a medium sized cat in it. Petco has a much better quality cardboard carrier for a dollar more but they were sold out. Should have waited for a restock.
