I told my friend about renting from this place but we won’t be coming back. Had a bad experience from the start, the guy helping my friend had a very bad attitude towards my friend. He was very brief about everything. He just took her paper she filled out and handed all her things like nothing. Didn’t give a time to drop off luckily we overheard another employee tell a customer. Won’t be coming back.

Really loved this place. The guy that helped us was great. Also I love their pick up and return policy. I was able to get my rentals anytime today for our trip tomorrow (not after 3pm) and drop off by 2pm (not noon) the day after we get back which is great because the shop if a little far for me. But the price, the helpful staff and the flexible policy I will be back!
