The customer service at this location is terrible. Went in to preplace a broken phone and was refused service because I came in 30 minutes before closing. The manager outright refused to help and was trying to get me to come in another day, but added a caveat that if I bought the phone online I could pick in store that day. So I cannot buy the phone in person but if I had ordered it online at that moment they could have a phone ready for me that night. Clearly the manager just did not want to assist because they were close to closing. She was rude for the entire interaction. Horrible experience.
