I am usually not a complainer or a person that writes bad reviews but, I found this time it was completely necessary. I am so disappointed and dismayed by the horrible service we got, non-caring, on the phone yesterday afternoon. They made no attempt in anyway to help fill my husband’s prescription. Because I adore the CVS at Target- Via Rancho Pkwy, I called the pharmacy tech Nancy and asked if she could help because we were so desperate. Within 10 min she called me back and resolved our issue, she sent us to another CVS at Citrus for a medication we needed for cough, Covid-19 related.

Lead cashier soy boi with the hard part got frustrated with me because my transaction had a problem. Then he lies and says I have to wait for everyone inline to check out first before he can help me. Instead of paging for a manager. So Instead I just found the store manager and she helped me in seconds.

Really rude and they never have the prescriptions ready! Hate this place, the worst pharmacy…..I am going to transfer my prescriptions
