i was having issues with the mexico calling & had to walk into the store. the girl working there explained to me the towers may have had an issue & was making sure i had the correct dialing numbers. beatriz was able to fix it & explained that the dialing numbers had been changed recently. thank god, super helpful store !

Rating is to reflect the deceived I suffered. Half the info provided to me was incorrect or deceiving. Got a free phone but wanted to use my own phone, they told me I had to wait 7 days to called Metro by T-Mobile the next day and they switch it w/o any issues. I went in expecting a $110 bill, I was told it was $160+, then $143 +. When I asked for an itemization it was vaguely given and all blamed on taxes?!?!?!. Long story short when I called Metro customer service they told me she had charged me the monthly fee for a connector, which she stated several times was all free and I did not even wanted, and for a phone insurance that I never asked for nor she asked if I wanted. The metro customer service kindly credited my account. I will not go to this store ever again because don’t feel like I can trust them. I feel those were some shady and deceiving practices. That trumps everything. You do not lie and cheat to customer like that. Thanks Metro for an awesome customer service support…
