I do not care how many times I’ve gone into O’Reilly’s on 2nd Street in San Rafael, if one of two young guys helps me, they have sold me the wrong part everytime! Then when you bring it back, they always say it’s Your Fault! And they refuse to give back your money! I only go in when the older guys are there, at least they know something about mechanics, and don’t pretend to know everything like those two Idiots think they know!

2nd time coming into this store with no help employees don’t even care about your situation you have. Asked them if they had any products to use for some type of scratch on my car they said no. No was the only word they said. I wasn’t going to leave a review until I came back and see if maybe they changed but nope still the same useless unhelpful employees.

I just have to give a shout out to Michael at the store in San Rafael, CA off D and 2nd street!!! He was super nice and changed both my headlights in the dark parking lot while I watched and asked a bunch of questions lol if there was a 100/100 for customer service and being super knowledgeable I would rate it. Thanks again, I appreciate the quick fix so I can get home safely in the dark! 🙂
