Pre-ordered $600+ item 2yrs ago never recieved any status what so ever. Sure ANOVOS took my money though. Any person associated with this company must be aware of their bad reputation and even worse business practices, and this should speak volumes to anyone even considering doing business with them.

Have multiple orders open years and they have my money, do not respond to social media, phone, or customer service requests for 6 months now. They are now scamming people and taking money for products they don’t have and won’t make. I’ve opened a case with the California Attorney General on consumer fraud. Avoid them unless you want to give your money to thieves.
